Welcome to our new 2016-17 menu

After months of tasting we are delighted to announce our refreshed chalet menu has been finalised.  Following the 2015-16 season we’ve worked hard to meet our guest’s needs and looked at the their survey responses.  Our team in the UK were then tasked with coming up with a new plan!  They have created a more focused collection of dishes which incorporates the best of the existing menu, some previous well-loved Ski Amis classics, and some delicious new additions.

New “healthy start” breakfast on our latest chalet menu

First of all, one of the biggest introductions to the chalet menu is the new ‘healthy start’ breakfast.  We have designed this in response to customer demand – with many of our clients preferring a lighter option in the morning.  The “healthy start” includes fruit salad, dried fruits, natural yoghurt and cereals.  But do not fear – our infamous traditional English breakfast is still on the menu!  Our full breakfast even includes Heinz Baked Beans imported from the UK to ensure guests are served the ‘real McCoy’.

We have always taken the approach of ensuring our guests never go hungry and this is not going to change with the implementation of the new chalet menu.  Our meals are great home-made food – just what you need on a ski holiday.  We don’t employ chefs and we don’t pretend to serve gourmet food!

Afternoon tea …. Ski Amis style

We know skiing can be very energetic and after a packed day on the piste guests can return to the chalet for afternoon tea and we therefore serve a different home-baked show-stopping cake each day!  Along with plenty of traditional English Tetley tea to add to the home from home experience.  Of course, if you prefer coffee – we do that too!

Comprising of fresh, quality ingredients, a mixture of local and UK imported produce this exciting menu offers something for everyone – ensuring no guest ever goes hungry.

Our website will show you more information on the menus we’ll be serving this season!
